Chocolate Fountain by Wedding Works Terms and Conditions |

PAYMENT
TERMS:
1 ZALDIVAR EVENT requires a P 15,000.00 reservation
deposit in order to reserve the Chocolate Fountain on
the Client specified event date information. To confirm
this agreement, return one signed and completed copy
of contract along with the retainer of P 15,000.00.
This shall be made eight (8) weeks before the event
and the remaining balance shall be due one week before
the event. All checks should be made payable to ROZALDY
ZALDIVAR.

CANCELLATION:
This agreement cannot be cancelled, except in writing, by
either the Client or 1 ZALDIVAR EVENT. If the
client initiates the cancellation, 1 ZALDIVAR EVENT
will forfeit the P 15,000.00 initial deposit made and the
Second Payment of P 15,000.00 (if any) to answer for the
loss of business and expenses incurred. Client will hold
harmless 1 ZALDIVAR EVENT in the event of illness,
injury, malfunction before or during the event, act of
God, or any other situation beyond control of 1
ZALDIVAR EVENT from performing.

PROVISIONS:
1 ZALDIVAR EVENT requires access to the desired
set-up area at least 1 hour and 30 minutes prior to the
scheduled start time. In addition, 1 hour and 30 minutes
are required after the conclusion of the service period
for take down and removal. The Client is responsible for
providing the table linens that coordinate with their
color scheme. 1 ZALDIVAR EVENT requires one - 220
volts circuit within 10 feet of the desired set-up that
adheres to contemporary safety standards and supplies at
least 15 amps. Once the Chocolate fountain has been set-up
in the desired location, it cannot be moved during the
event. Client accepts full responsibility and is liable
for any damages, injuries or delays that occur as a result
of failure to comply with these provisions. 1 ZALDIVAR
EVENT reserves the right to use any picture(s) from
the event for publicity, marketing and advertising.

LIABILITY:
This Agreement and the contents hereof represent the
only warranties, express and implied, between the parties,
including any implied warranty of merchantability or
fitness for the particular purpose and for any other
obligation or liability for any injury, loss or damage
directly or consequently arising out of the use or
inability to use the Chocolate Fountain, whether used
singularly or in conjunction with any other equipment. The
parties concerned hereby agree that the liability of 1
ZALDIVAR EVENT against, and hold 1 ZALDIVAR EVENT
harmless from all claims, actions, proceedings, cost,
damages and liabilities, including attorney's fees,
arising out of, connected with, or resulting from the use
of Chocolate Fountain by Wedding Works.
